Why should I report piracy and counterfeits? 

Counterfeiting and piracy deprives authors and those involved in the publication of copyrighted material from being compensated. Additionally, counterfeiting and piracy results in millions of dollars lost in potential sales. In fact – it contributes to the rise in textbook prices due to higher production costs.  

What do I do if I received a book that I believe might be counterfeit? 

If you receive a book that you believe to be counterfeit, click on “Report” button to submit or email us atcounterfeits@mheducation.com.Please provide us with as much information as possible, including but not limited to: Title, ISBN and location where material can be purchased. Reported counterfeits will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

What do I do if I find a pirated copy of a title online? 

If you find a pirated copy of a McGraw Hill title online, please refer to the below “Report Digital Piracy” button or email us atcounterfeits@mheducation.comPlease provide us with as much information as possible, including but not limited to: Title, ISBN and link to where the material can be found. 

Reported digital piracy will be investigated and dealt with accordingly.
